Your gift of 6 passes will be mailed in a pretty holiday card from you at your request. Each set of 6 passes can be used on three season shows and only costs $100. The passes can be applied to any of the three 2025 shows any way the recipient likes. The best thing about the gift is that Flex pass holders get priority seating ahead of others at each performance.
Your gift will be mailed as soon as your order arrives. It will arrive in a pretty holiday card (as pictured) n a red envelope, hand-addressed. You also have the opportunity to donate to Heartland in someone’s name as a gift.

Like Season Tickets – Only Better!
When you purchase a FlexPass, you will receive a set of SIX PASSES, good for five individual performances. You can use those six passes any way you choose, whether that means you attend all five shows and bring a friend to one, take a date to three shows, or take five friends with you and spend all six passes on one show. It’s all up to you!
Priority Seating!
After you’ve purchased your Flex Passes, you will make your reservation by calling 309-452-8709 or emailing [email protected] to hold seats for the performances you choose. Beginning at 30 minutes before curtain until 20 minutes before curtain, Flex Pass holders enjoy priority seating before other tickets holders enter.
Please Remember: FLEX PASS HOLDERS MUST STILL MAKE RESERVATIONS!
What does a Flex Pass Cost?
If you order by August 29, 2024, Discounts for Flex Passes are: $85 per set for Seniors and $95 per set for General admission (under age 65). After September 1, you may order your Flex Pass passes for $100, whether they are Seniors or General admission.
Heartland Theatre Company’s new season runs from September 2024 through June 2025. Your Flex Pass can be used at any regular season performance, which includes our four main-stage plays and our 10-Minute Play Festival in June 2025. All you have to do is:
- Print out order form (new form available after July 15, 2024) and mail* to us with your check or credit card information on the form. We accept all credit cards OR
